November 2015 to April 2017
I would walk the lot as soon as I get to work, and check all inventory(including make, model, trim level, price, and service add-ons) 20 minutes before it’s time to clock in. Once I have logged in for the day, I would open
my vin solutions-customer log, and start to follow up with customers. I always start with the hot leads, and work my way through to all of them, by either phone, text, or email- asking qualifying questions about their
previous visit, how they plan to purchase, when they plan to purchase, and what I need to do to earn their
business. After a overcoming some objections by either comparison to other makes, and prices, and a few
pampering techniques, I would set and appointment for them to visit and continue with the sale. I would explain to them the NADA value of their vehicle(if they were trading) and how purchasing a new car/used car would
be beneficial for them in the long run, and explaining paying on principal to lower interest rates and loan term.
I would explain how every technological feature on the vehicle operated, and explain the significance of the each mechanical design for safety, storage, economy, etc. I have always had a solid 100% satisfaction on all of my surveys, and had high visits/Sales ratio. At the end of each deal, I would get the vehicle cleaned, and washed, and I would personally fill the tank up myself upon delivery.

I would also run final tests and examination on the final
product and tag it as either approved for shipping, or declined by faulty material, or human error. In the case of a decline by machine, I would then contact the mechanic to diagnose and fix the faulty machine. Afterwards,
I would run a diagnostics on it myself and after a passed inspection, the machine would be cleared to begin
