I started off as a crew member where I was trained on the line taking customers’ orders and making them.
I then got trained on the cash register, I was responsible for interacting with all customers when they arrived, in the dining room and once they left. I also answered the telephone and balanced my drawer daily.
I then moved to take out specialist where I oversaw marketing. I followed up with people on the phone to make sure they enjoyed their food and service.
I was also promoted to kitchen manager where I was trained in every part of the store. I made and prepped food, I did inventory as well as order the truck and unloaded the truck. I also took care of customers when they were less than satisfied with their experience.
