Responsible for Renewing Off Plan Sage 300 and Sage CRM (Standalone) customers. Making outbound calls direct to these customers and working closely with Sage Business Partners to bring customers back on an active Business Care Plan. Duties also included working directly with marketing to develop marketing activities to drive awareness for these customers to get back on plan. Working directly with Regional Sales and Regional Account Managers to find opportunities for large account wins.
